Kelly Weatherwax

Kelly, originally from Marin County, earned her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from San Francisco State University. She was also granted a certificate from Project Allies in Autism Spectrum Disorder. During her undergraduate years, Kelly engaged in various projects, including co-planning the university's inaugural Interprofessional Education Event (IPE). Additionally, she served as the Outreach Coordinator for the first chapter of the Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) at her university. Kelly co-managed the SFSU "Find Your Voice" lab, dedicating her efforts to research on gender-affirming techniques and voice disorders. She is deeply committed to fostering a neurodiverse, affirming, and collaborative environment, particularly in serving individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Currently residing in Novato with her husband and two young boys, Kelly finds joy in traveling and embarking on outdoor adventures.
