Jean Pierre Tan

Jean Pierre was born and raised in Los Angeles as the oldest of three children. He graduated from Pacific Union College with a Bachelor of Social Work but always felt a calling to teaching. Shortly after graduating, he found ABA therapy and eventually moved to get a Masters Degree in Special Education. After spending some time working privately, an amazing opportunity called him to move up to Marin and the rest is history! Jean Pierre’s teaching style is hyper focused on nurturing each individual's motivation and looking to teach subject matter in a way that is engaging and enjoyable for everyone. In his free time, Jean Pierre coaches at a local volleyball club as well as scouring the bay area for the best food spots.
