In The Helix School's Early Elementary classroom, created for our youngest children, we go the extra mile to ensure that every child receives the comprehensive support they need. Our co-teaching model includes a lead teacher as well as a speech language pathologist who is integrated into the classroom for half of the school day. While our dedicated classroom teacher guides students through a carefully tailored core curriculum, our speech therapist takes the lead in Language Arts, creating abundant opportunities for speech and language enrichment. This approach not only fosters academic excellence but also nurtures the essential development of communication skills within your child. This program has shortened days, from 9am to 2pm each day.
